YAY! I hopped on the scale this morning and I lost 3.2 lbs this week! This is in and of itself a miracle as I was gone this weekend and I didn't eat super healthy. Now I'm back to where I was a couple of weeks ago and ready to make some positive progression in the next week and 1/2 before we go on vacation again....(this time to an all-inclusive resort - so I'm afraid I might indulge too much in the tasty foods once again).
