Digi scrapping

Yesterday I was asked to be the "featured scrapbooker" on the Elemental Scraps Blog. Kind of fun. You can check it out here.

Here are a few layouts I haven't posted here too. I have been having a hard time with my "Project 365" pictures and layouts...I'm getting a bit bored with it....Any advice to making it fun again?

Wow! Congrats, babe! How exciting! See? Something good out of this week already! ;)

I'm with your mom...I love getting to see the little snippets of your life.

p.s. saved that bottom layout to scraplift (yes, with paper!) at a crop next weekend! thanks for the inspiration! :)

when I get bored with journaling I try to picture my great grandkids and how much they will enjoy seeing my day to day life. So do it for them.

another idea is to change the focus each month. Like one month focus on traffic and where you drive every day or what cars go past your house. One month on what the kids eat. One month on what you do for entertainment. One month on the work you do. You get the idea. Just trying to random do each day for a year is kind of hard to keep focused.

CONGRATS on being the featured scrapper. LOVE YOU, Aunt Charlotte

I also love the glimpses into your daily life. You could also focus on one member of your family for a week (a week of Gabe, a week of Hunter, etc.) Or have an element the same in each picture (like the garden gnome, or Gabe's action figure) Make the kids wear the same silly hat in every picture for a week. Etc.
What about having the pics cropped and showing in round porthole kinds of shapes instead of rectangular?
I dunno.
Love you all much, Sandra

I checked out your featured pages and the other pages that they posted. You're quite amazing. I sent the link to my niece, Lindsay Esplin, and she let me know that she "kind of" knew you from a few years ago. She also said she used to see your stuff in Creating Keepsakes magazine. You've kept yourself hidden for far too long. I love reading your blog and Facebook stuff.
