Gabe funny

Last night Cory was getting Gabe ready for bed after his bath. He got out some Baby Vicks Vapo Rub and put it on Gabe's chest because he was coughing. He told Gabe it was medicine to go on his chest. Gabe responded with, "So now will I get HAIR?!?"

Dear Gabe - I sure hope not - I've been using that stuff all week long....

My Grandpa Lusk used to tell me that if I ate the crust on my toast that I would grow hair on my chest. That was all the enticement I needed. It wasn't until I was much older that I came to realize that that wasn't exactly a desireable trait in a woman. ;)

As I remember, Grandpa Art (Lusk) used to say that about all sorts of things--eating Limburger cheese, crusts on the toast, spinach--whatever we didn't want to eat. And then he would laugh that little hehehe chuckle, with a twinkle in his eye. Love ya, S

I think that is something Cory told Gabe once. It made me laugh! Grandpa Harding used to chase me down the hall with his shaving brush and told me if he got any on me, I would grow hair on my face! Sorry Grandpa, but now when I see these fuzzies on my upper lip, I ask myself if Grandpa did get some on me! Give everyone hugs!
Love,
Grandma Tammy

I hope you aren't still fighting the crud over there!

I had to lol at your playdough comment on my blog. I guess it's all in the perspective. I used to dread playdough, but Lily's gone way past playdough-sized messes, and now I actually try to sell her on playing with it. ;)

Hoping you all feel well enough for playdough again soon! :)
