I went and played Bunco last night with some friends. In addition to a fun time with the ladies we had DELICOUS soup for dinner. I grabbed the recipe before leaving and we're having it tomorrow night for dinner - yum! Oh - I couldn't remember if this was the name....but it sounds good enough.
White Chicken Chili
(recipe from Crystal White)
· 3 cans drained White Northern Beans
· 3 cans chicken broth
· 1 tbsp onion powder
· 4 tsp cumin
· 2 tsp oregano
· 4 ounces diced green chili's – drained
· 1 tsp cayenne pepper
· 1-2 tsp garlic
· 2-4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
· 1 cup sour cream
· 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese
· 1 tsp lime juice
Cook 1st 9 ingredients in a Crockpot for 5-7 hours. Remove chicken & shred with forks. Return to Crockpot and add final 4 ingredients. Mix until cheese is melted and serve.

Thanks for putting this recipe on you blog. It was so good, I think I will make it for my family sometime.
It was VERY yummy when you fixed it for us. So were the lemon rolls! I will keep both of these for the future.
